◢For automatic punch and inserting no pull-tab liner into cap,
particularly for caps in single-file.

◢Applicable liner material: paper or pulp board liner, 1-pc or 2-pc
aluminum foil liner, and foam liner (need particular feeding system).
◢Liner thickness: 0.2 –1.2 mm (designed for one of the range, not one
machine suitable for all).
◢Cap size: cap O.D. 25-60mm
◢Speed: about 30-70 CPM (varies depending on cap height, diameter,
shape and liner characteristics)
◢Tank volume: approx. 90L
